Polcon® Pipe Caliper
The Polcon® Pipe Caliper is used to accurately determine the inside pipe diameter, which is critical to determining the flow-rate through a pipe. The inside diameter is always measured to the nearest 1/16 – inch for accuracy. The unique design permits the accurate determination of the pipe diameter even if the tap extends through the pipe wall. Constructed with high-grade brass and steel, Polcon® Pipe Calipers are both durable and accurate. The “O” ring packing and locking device provide a safe and leak-proof installation.
Polcon® Pitot Rod
The Polcon® Pitot Rod is designed to accurately measure the velocity of flow in a closed pipe. The Pitot Rod consists of an insertion tube that is placed through the cross section of the pipe in the exact center to measure the average mean-flow velocity. Constructed with high-grade brass, Polcon® Pitot Rods are durable and accurate, and the “O” ring packing and locking device provide a safe and leak-proof installation.
Polcon® Sentry
Polcon® Sentry recorder is a unique, solid state, microprocessor-type recorder that senses and records differential pressure obtained from a Pitot Rod, which is then used to determine the flow rate through a pipe or watermain. The recorder can be programmed to monitor flow for short-term or long-term testing, is self-contained, lightweight, and fits into the standard 20.25-inch manhole entrance. Its portability makes it ideal for real-world applications.
Polcon® Pacer
The Polcon® Pacer is a state-of-the-art pressure recorder that senses and records pressure data ranging from -15 psi to 300 psi, and is ideal for short-term or long-term trend analysis. The recorder can be programmed to monitor pressure for short-term or long-term testing, is self-contained, lightweight, and fits into the standard 20.25-inch manhole entrance. It can be adapted to any style of fitting.
